
Currently the Head Coach of the 2011 Inter-Ac Champions - the first outright title in 30 years. He has amassed 105 wins in just 5 seasons at Malvern Prep and has made the Friars one of the better programs in the Philadelphia area. After his collegeiate career, he was an invited participant to the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves Free Agent Camp.
He was recently honored and recognized by The Philadelphia Inquirer AND The Philadelphia Daily News as the 2011 High School Boys Basketball Coach of the Year for leading the Friars to 24 wins and a second consecutive year of finishing in the city's Top 10.
Jim Rullo played both high school and college basketball in the Philadelphia area. A Markward Award winner as Inter-Ac League MVP while attending Malvern Prep, he then went to Drexel University to play both baseball and basketball at the NCAA Division I level.
