This is targeted for both boys and girls in either an individual or group setting who are serious about being the best they can be.
We accomplish this by introducing high intensity drills that focus on the individual becoming a COMPLETE PLAYER all while having some fun.
What's in the name ?
During my playing career, I was often told that I was not big enough, strong enough or athletic enough to play at the Division I level. Well, where I come from there was only one way to find out -

Well, after a lot of hard work and personal sacrifices, I was able to be a key contributor at Drexel University for 4 seasons. It was not easy but it was extremely rewarding experience.
My career culminated with our team posting (2) consecutive 20+ win seasons. In my senior campaign, we garnered a 25-5 record, won the conference tournament, and earned a berth into the NCAA Tournament for only the second time in school history.
Pretty cool for a kid who was not big enough, strong enough, or athletic enough to play at the Division I level.
I tell you this not to feed my ego but rather to be an example that anything is possible if you are willing to put in the time and do all the little things to get better.
